DELIVERY<\/h1>\n<p>The orders are shipped by GASSIEN from our logistics center located in France.<\/p>\n<p>The delivery is made with delivery against signature, at home and upstairs.<br \/>\nThe delivery times in France are approximately between 1 and 4 days after shipment (except for products out of stock).<\/p>\n<p>In case of absence of the Customer during delivery, the carrier will go one more time to his address. But after 3 unsuccessful visits, either the parcel will be dropped off at a relay point, or it will be returned to the Company warehouses. The costs of the return will then be borne by the Customer.<\/p>\n<h2>France (islands excluded), Belgium, Luxemburg, Andorra, and Monaco<\/h2>\n<p>The delivery in metropolitan France (islands excluded), Belgium, Luxemburg, Andorra, and Monaco, is free from 150\u20ac of purchase.<br \/>\nFor any order below 150\u20ac, the shipping cost is 7\u20ac or 19\u20ac depending product size.<\/p>\n<h2>Corse and Islands<\/h2>\n<p>The shipping cost is 30\u20ac<\/p>\n<h2>Europe<\/h2>\n<p>Shipping cost depends on the country :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20\u20ac (with VAT) for Germany, Italy, Spain and Netherlands<\/li>\n<li>36\u20ac (with VAT) for other European countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Switzerland<\/h2>\n<p>Shipping cost is 40\u20ac. RETURN<\/h1>\n<h2>FREE EXCHANGE<\/h2>\n<p>Within 15 days from your order, you can exchange your product by getting a credit valid for a period of 6 months, in the form of a reduction voucher of an amount equal to your initial order (excluding delivery costs), provided that the return conditions are met. *<\/p>\n<p>The Customers who have benefited from a promotional code and who wish to exchange afterwards will benefit from a credit for the net amount paid.
