Description

The Lumi vase, created by BOM for the modular concept Gassien, combines simplicity and elegance.

 

Crafted from stoneware — a noble and durable ceramic — and designed for Gassien configurations, it hangs easily using a pot holder and appears to float effortlessly.

Its pure design and graphic lines echo the brand’s timeless style, creating perfect harmony with your shelves.

 

Both decorative and functional, it can stand alone or hold flowers or kitchen accessories, for example.

2 Separate Deliveries

  • Made to order, the BOM vase is delivered with its Gassien pot holder within approximately 3 weeks.
  • Other items in your Gassien order are shipped separately according to the usual delivery times (4 to 5 days).

Delivery

  • Each BOM piece is made to order: production time approx. 3 weeks.
  • Shipping within 48 hours once the order is ready, with tracking.

Reception

  • Please check your package immediately upon delivery. In case of transport damage, report it immediately to the carrier and to contact@bom-ceramique.com for a claim, attaching photos.

Damages

  • Contact BOM without delay if an item is defective, damaged, or non-compliant.

Returns

  • You have 14 days after receipt to request a return at: contact@bom-ceramique.com.
  • The item must be new, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Return to be sent to: BOM – Mélissa Paszkiewicz – 7 rue du Jourdain, 75020 Paris, carefully packed and insured.
  • No returns accepted without prior request.
  • Returns of sale items and gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

  • Return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Confirmation after receipt and inspection.
  • Refund issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.
  • If more than 15 days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact BOM at contact@bom-ceramique.com.
