Description

Boards that plug into Gassien wall bases.

Boards available :

  • in 8 sizes (lengths : 40cm, 60cm, 80cm; depths : 15cm, 20cm, 30cm)
  • with or without support brackets (white, black or brass)

Important: each board needs hooks to be plugged to the wall base. If you already have some in your possession (from a previous purchase for example) select the option “WITHOUT” in “SUPPORT BRACKETS” option

 

Boards materials: MDF lacquered black

Support brackets materials: mild steel covered with epoxy protection

Made in France 

Maximum weight: 15kg per boards if the fixing screws used for the wall bases are adapted to the nature of the wall

Self assembly furniture

Each board is plugged to the wall bases thanks to 2 support brackets that fit and withdraw from the board with ease, without any tools being necessary.
 

The depth boards 15cm and 20cm work with T1 support brackets.
 

The depth boards 30cm work with T2 and T3 support brackets.
When you order a 30cm deep board with support brackets, a set of T2 and T3 support brackets will be provided automatically.

The desks (50cm) work with T4 support brackets.

1. Delivery

  • Shipping: All orders are shipped from France.
  • Modalities: Delivery to home, upstairs, and with signature upon delivery.
  • Absence: After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the warehouse (or dropped off at a pick-up point). Any reshipping costs will then be at the customer’s expense.

 

2. Returns (Exchange and Refund)

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your goods. Return postage is always at the customer’s expense.

Only one free exchange request per order. (Fees may apply if a promotional code is no longer valid).

3. Return Acceptance Conditions

The returned product must strictly comply with the following conditions:

  • Be new, complete and in its original packaging.
  • Not have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, which would make it unsuitable for resale.
  • Upon receipt, our teams will assess the condition of the goods. Any visibly used or damaged item will be refused and sent back to the customer, with return shipping costs at their expense.

Delivery

  • Each BOM piece is made to order: production time approx. 3 weeks.
  • Shipping within 48 hours once the order is ready, with tracking.

Reception

  • Please check your package immediately upon delivery. In case of transport damage, report it immediately to the carrier and to contact@bom-ceramique.com for a claim, attaching photos.

Damages

  • Contact BOM without delay if an item is defective, damaged, or non-compliant.

Returns

  • You have 14 days after receipt to request a return at: contact@bom-ceramique.com.
  • The item must be new, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Return to be sent to: BOM – Mélissa Paszkiewicz – 7 rue du Jourdain, 75020 Paris, carefully packed and insured.
  • No returns accepted without prior request.
  • Returns of sale items and gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

  • Return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Confirmation after receipt and inspection.
  • Refund issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.
  • If more than 15 days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact BOM at contact@bom-ceramique.com.
